AP Holdings is a family estate in KwaZulu-Natal renting private garden and allotment plots. Each plot is 40 m × 50 m (2,000 m²), from R3,000 per month.

Every plot at AP Holdings is the same size: 40 metres by 50 metres, or 2,000 square metres.

The plots cover both parcels of the estate, running from just below the D809 road, east across the N2 and down to the river.

The plots start just below the D809 road on the western side and run east, across the N2, down to the river.
